What happens after I subscribe to a SiteTaxi monthly subscription?

Once you purchase our WordPress site care subscription, we will ask you to provide us with your website credentials so we will install the SiteTaxi Plugin that allws us to backup and monitor your website. You will begin to receive weekly reports from us after 7 days.

What are the benefits of subscribing to SiteTaxi?

Knowing that you have personal WordPress support available to help keep your site updated and fresh relieves stress. And, you’ll save a lot of time.

Which SiteTaxi plan is best for me?

What tasks can SiteTaxi help me with?

How do I send you my website admin credentials?

Submit the necessary login credentials using our secure form here. For extra security, we recommend OneTimeSecret.com to create a temporary link that will let you to share your site’s login credentials without including them in the support ticket it self. On this form, you’ll enter the WordPress username and password for the temporary administrator account you created.

Do you offer phone support?

No. While we don’t offer phone support, customer service a big priority for us and you’ll find our email support quick and friendly! Our WordPress site care plans are setup to keep our pricing low and it just makes more sense for us to handle our support through email.

What is your typical response time and task turn-around time?

When you open a new ticket you will receive an automated response right away from SiteTaxi. Within 1-4 hours you will receive a response email from us that we have opened the ticket, we are reviewing your request and will let you know when it has been resolved.

Typically within 24-48 hours, you will receive a resolution email with the changes made on that ticket. If the ticket is complex and if we need more time, we will let you know if it is outside of that 48 hour window. We believe customer communication is priority #1 and will do our best to keep you in the know every step of the way!

How does on-boarding work?

Once you sign up for our WordPress Site Care plan that fits your needs, we’ll send you a welcome email with information on your plan and details about how to securely send us your login credentials. After you send login credentials for your WordPress dashboard and hosting provider, we will be on your website within 24-48 hours. We will keep you posted on our progress as it happens via email.
