Please note that by purchasing service on our website, you agree to the terms of the SiteTaxi Refund Policy below.

At SiteTaxi, we stand behind our service 100%, yet we understand that it would be impossible to please everyone 100% of the time. Therefore, if we are unable to help you with the site care you need, a full refund will be issued. However, if you decide to cancel your support request before 48 hours (before we have an opportunity to handle your request) or you are unable to provide the access we require, the amount of the refund will be reduced by 50%. The reason for this is that we do have operating costs that are incurred when a service is purchased and submitted, and in many cases the webmaster has already completed a portion of the work. The other option is to have your full refund returned in store credit that does not expire. Before requesting a refund, please let us know if there’s anything we can do to resolve your issue. If not, you may request a refund here.
